WPC Childrens’ Ministry

We treasure children and consider it a precious privilege to minister to them with God’s love and truth. Our world can be a scary place, but it’s our goal to give our children the light of God’s truth and to help them navigate their way and find a safe harbor in Him.
 
Our mission and prayer is To partner with families to teach and live out God’s truth and love, so that, in God’s timing, every child will have a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and both the passion and the skills to make an impact on their world for Him.
 
Sunday School (age 2 ½ to 5th Grade): 9:10am–10:10am
Mini Church (Sunshine Class; age 2½ – 3): 10:500am–11:50am (Rainbow Class, age 4 to 1st Grade): 10:50am–11:50am
Nursery care available – 9:10am

During the year we have special activities, including VBS (Vacation Bible School) and the Harvest Festival.

2019 Wintersburg VBS

7/2/19 Update: We still have openings in the 3 yr old, 3rd grade and 5th grade classes. All other grades are full. We are also not taking any more Youth Volunteer applications.
 
Registration for our 2019 Wintersburg VBS Program is a three (3) step process:

WPC Youth Ministry

The Wintersburg Youth Ministry exists to reach Junior High & High School students (Grades 6 – 12), to help them share in God’s word, to offer themselves in service to Christ, and to care for one another.
 
There are two separate programs for the Youth:
Special K (Jr. High) is specifically geared for youth in grades 6th – 8th.
Sunday School (Jr. High) 9:20am – 10:10am @ the Social Hall
Ike Pono (High School) is intended for students in grades 9th – 12th.
 
Our Friday Night Fellowship (both Special K & Ike Pono) is from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm., when we have worship, games, and a message designed for the youth. During the year we have several exciting activities/ programs: Beach parties, sleepovers, retreats & camps, and Angel’s games!
